The no KYC card.
Maybe is a virtual Visa you get with an email address and some crypto. No ID, no selfie, no proof of address, no waiting. The card is issued in about a minute, works with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and every purchase on it is a double or nothing.
What no KYC means here
KYC, know your customer, is the identity check most card providers run before issuing anything: passport scan, selfie, address, sometimes a video call. Maybe skips it. Sign up with an email, pay the card price in crypto, and the card number, expiry and CVV are yours in about a minute.
One honest caveat. If you connect a bank account and withdraw more than €500 in total, Maybe asks for an ID check at that point, through Sumsub, and never sees the documents itself. If you only ever use crypto, which is how the card is designed, there is no verification step anywhere.
What you get
- A virtual Visa with real number, expiry and CVV, issued instantly.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay on Diamond ($89.00) and Don ($199.00), so it works in shops. Blue ($49.00) for online checkouts.
- Loads in USDC, USDT, SOL, BTC or ETH. Monthly limits from $50000.00 to $200000.00 depending on edition.
- The double or nothing: every purchase comes back free, or costs double. A true 50/50, provably fair, settled on the card within a minute. You can switch it off any time and use the card as a plain no KYC card.
Why most no KYC cards disappoint
Most cards sold as no KYC fall into two groups. Some are reloadable gift cards with a $500 ceiling and no wallet support. Others issue fine and then freeze the balance until you upload a passport after all. Maybe is built the other way round: the issuing and loading are email-only by design, the limits are real, and the only verification trigger is a bank withdrawal that most holders never use.
Questions
Is Maybe really a no KYC card?
Yes. You sign up with an email address, pay in crypto, and the card is issued in about a minute. No ID document, no selfie, no proof of address. The only time Maybe asks for ID is if you connect a bank account and withdraw more than €500 in total; crypto-only accounts never see a verification step.
What do I need to get the card?
An email address and some crypto. Maybe accepts USDC, USDT, SOL, BTC and ETH for the card price and for loading the card.
Does the no KYC card work with Apple Pay?
Yes, on the Diamond and Don editions. Both can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay and used in shops. Blue is an online-only card.
What are the limits without KYC?
Monthly card limits are $50000.00 on Blue, $150000.00 on Diamond and $200000.00 on Don, with no verification. Limits are per card and reset monthly.
Is it anonymous?
Maybe does not ask who you are. The card itself runs on Visa rails, so the card network and the merchant see a normal card transaction, as with any prepaid card. Maybe hosts no ID documents because it never collects them.
